Shipping & Returns

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days via courier. Delivery within Turkey takes 2–4 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at contactelanbrut@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, please return your item and place a new order. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
