ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

Buyer: The individual specified in the order form

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding products purchased by the buyer through the Élan Brut website.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics, price, and total payment amount including all taxes are displayed on the order page.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2-4 business days.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. Withdrawal must be communicated via email to contactelanbrut@gmail.com Upon return of the product, the full amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

ARTICLE 6 - EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.

ARTICLE 7 - DISPUTES

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts hold jurisdiction.
